History Speaks: History Mysteries at the Iverson House

Discover the people, events, and landscapes that make the Village of Ephraim unique! History Speaks are programs that tell stories of Ephraim, and sometimes the wider world in which it exists. History Speaks programs are free and open to the public, and geared towards adults and families. Programs are presented in a variety of ways, both virtual and in-person, to meet the changing needs of Door County residents and visitors.

History Speaks 2021 programs are listed below. Please check this page often as venues are subject to change our nation eases out of the pandemic. Tuesday July 13
History Mysteries at the Iverson House, 5 – 7 PM DROP-IN program
Plan on 20 minutes to visit 4 interactive education stations. See historic objects from the EHF collection. Receive Door County Letters (one book per household). Program suitable for kids and adults. Uneven walking surface, access involves steep incline. Parking Two parking options are offered. The first is in the upper lot of the Ephraim Moravian Church. Enter via Moravia Street and drive up the incline, to find the upper lot behind the church. The second is on the west side of Moravia Street. Less mobile participants can also be dropped off at the top of the driveway of the Iverson House, but vehicles must park elsewhere. Questions or special needs? Phone  920-854-9688.
