What are shipping costs?

Shipping and handling costs are based on the cost of items purchased.  We use USPS Flat Rate postal service and shipping costs vary based on envelope or box size.  You can see the shipping cost of your items once they’ve been placed in your Cart.

Orders can also be picked up at the Ephraim Historical Foundation office (3060 Anderson Lane in Ephraim).  The office is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.  If you select this method, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.  EHF apparel is ordered in limited quantities, so apparel purchases may take up to 15 business days to arrive.

Where can I purchase these items in person?

Items from our online store can be purchased at the EHF Museums in Ephraim, which are open mid-June through mid-October.  Please see our Hours page for more information or call (920) 854-9688.  If you place an order online, you can also select ‘Local Pickup’ and your order can be picked up at the EHF office (3060 Anderson Lane).

Do you offer discounts?

Ephraim Historical Foundation members receive a 10% discount on Shop orders (excluding shipping and handling).  Click here to learn more about becoming an EHF member.
