“Moravians” established the Village of Ephraim in 1853, but who were they why did they travel across the world to the wilds of Door County? Presenter George Drost will take guests on a trip through time, from Czech theologian Jan Hus, to Andreas and Laurenze Iverson, to contemporary artist Joža Uprka. Drost will share his own father’s story of immigration, necessitated by political events in 1948.
