After careful inspection of the Groenfeldt Stable, recommendations include mitigation of drainage problems, repairing siding where necessary, rebuilding decaying south and east walls, reconstructing west doors, and relaying west stone foundation. These improvements follow preservation best practices and strengthen the application to place the Iverson House property on the National Register of Historic Places.
